Shipping Information
Processing Time
All orders are prepared with great care and are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During peak times, slight delays may occur — we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Options
We currently ship within the United States and offer both standard and expedited shipping options. We look forward to expanding our service to international destinations soon.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details to follow your fragrance’s journey to you.

Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
Returns & Exchanges
At Beijando, we understand that selecting a fragrance is a deeply personal experience. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to assist.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, in the same pristine condition in which it arrived.
Return Process
To begin a return, please email our Concierge Team at concierge@beijando.com. If your return is approved, we will share return instructions and provide a prepaid shipping label.
In the near future, we plan to introduce an online return portal to make the process even more convenient.
Refunds & Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Alternatively, store credit may be offered for gently used fragrances on a case-by-case basis — we want you to find the scent that feels like home.
Return Shipping Costs
If you received an incorrect item or your product arrived damaged, we will gladly cover all return shipping costs. For all other return requests, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us promptly. We will be happy to begin the process of providing a replacement and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
