RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can initiate a return within 15 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.

Refund or Exchange
For your convenience, kindly ensure that the package is securely shipped to prevent any potential damage during transit. Upon receipt and evaluation of the returned item's condition, we will proceed to handle your refund or exchange request. Refunds, when applicable, will be reimbursed through the original payment method used. Please be aware that exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or delivery of a damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance products that have been opened cannot be returned. Sale items, gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
Should you receive a product that is damaged or defective, kindly reach out to us without delay, attaching a photo of the affected item. We will promptly organize a replacement or issue a refund, as necessary. We deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused.
